1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (bbmspa.co.za) or using the services of Bontle Ba Motho Spa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and spa services.

2. Booking & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, WhatsApp, or by phone.
• Walk-in appointments are welcome subject to availability.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time at the full price.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full service price.
• Group bookings (3+ people) require 48 hours notice for cancellation.

4. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
• PayFast online payment
• Card payments

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. A deposit may be required for group bookings or special packages.

5. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may be harmful to your health.
• Pregnant clients should consult their doctor before booking massage treatments.
• We maintain strict hygiene standards and use sterilised equipment for all treatments.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

6. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Vouchers can be used for any service of equal or lesser value.
• Any remaining balance on a voucher can be used on a future visit.

7. Liability

Bontle Ba Motho Spa shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises. Clients are advised to leave valuables at home.
